  • How do I order?
    • Browse through our website for our available pieces (product details are indicated on each product). • Once you're decided which piece to get, simply add to cart and proceed to check out. • After checking out, billing invoice and payment details will be sent to your email within a few minutes (note: please check your spam folder if you didn't receive an email on your inbox). Kindly make sure to process your payment as soon as possible to secure the piece that you're purchasing. • Once payment is processed, please make sure to send us right away the screenshot of your payment + your order number on our Instagram account (@notsomundanestudios) or email us at (notsomundanestudios@gmail.com) • We will send you a reply that your order is successfully placed.   • What are the Payment Options?
    We accept bank transfers, gcash, or maya. We currently DO NOT accept cash on delivery.   • What are the Shipping Options and Schedule?
    • Standard Delivery (via J&T): Our schedule in dropping off packages to J&T branch are every Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Once your package has been dropped off to J&T branch, here are the lead time details: Metro Manila and Luzon (2 business days) Provincial (3-7 business days) • Same Day Delivery (via Lalamove): After your order is confirmed, kindly inform us of your preferred time of booking a driver either via Instagram (@notsomundanestudios), or via email notsomundanestudios@gmail.com. Note: We will usually book a driver for you for less effort on your end but feel free to let us know if you prefer to be the one to book.   • How can I add special instructions on my order (ex. separate boxes for each piece, request to add a gift card, etc.)?
    You may add special instructions during the check-out process. There is an "Add a note" section on the check-out page where you can indicate any request that you'd like us to apply in your order. See screenshot below for reference:
  • I'm Buying an Item as a Gift.
    Our not so mundane pieces are packed inside a box with a wrapping paper inside. If you are purchasing an item as a gift, we can also add a special gift card on the package that you can write on to make your gift extra special. Just make sure to indicate on the "note" section before check-out that you're buying the item as a gift. (Note: for J&T - Standard Shipping, we'd like to set expectation that we're unable to control if there will slight deformation on the boxes due to shipping handling).   • I Didn't Receive an Email Confirmation After Checking Out.
    You will usually receive the email confirmation within a few minutes after checking out. If no email is received, we highly suggest to also check your spam folder. You may also contact us on Instagram (@notsomundanestudios) or send us an email at notsomundanestudios@gmail.com so we can assist you further.
  • How Do I Take Care of my NSMS Pieces?

  • Return Policy
    • We may only accept returns for pieces that have flaws / damage or if an incorrect item was sent. We may only exchange the piece, but we are unable to process a refund for the item. • Returns are only valid within two (2) weeks from the date that the item is received so long as the piece has not been washed, altered or used and that all labels and tags are attached. • Pieces purchased from our “Archive Sales” will be considered as final sale and can no longer be returned.
